Qualifying purchasers of the City of Wadena tornado lots will receive property tax statements annually. Property taxes must be paid in full to Wadena County on or before the statutory due dates.
Following payment of the second half of the property taxes due, Wadena County will issue paid receipts to the City of Wadena & Wadena-Deer Creek Schools.
Wadena County will process the abatement and issue refund checks for the County portion to each qualifying purchaser on, or before, December 1stacst of each qualifying year.
