2. Online Reservation Form

   This form allows you to create a reservation request any time of the day. Our dispatching office is open from 8 am to 4:30 pm, weekdays, except on holidays. If your request is received during office hours, we will do our best to confirm your schedule that day. If your message is received outside of office hours or after 4:30 pm, you will be contacted as soon as possible the next business day.

   Please try to schedule your ride in advance. We do our best to accommodate your requested pick up time but during busier times there may be more of a wait. In the cities of Wadena and Staples, booking a ride 2-hours in advance will help us provide better service to you. Residents outside this area should schedule a ride 24-hours in advance.
